About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Executive - Digital Marketing (Meta Ads) to join our performance marketing team. This role is pivotal in scaling lead generation efforts via Meta Ads while maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running Meta campaigns, designing creative communication strategies, and optimizing ad funnels for both new and existing cohorts.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Run, manage, and optimize lead-generation campaigns on Meta Ads platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven decisions to maximize ROAS.
  • Conceptualize creative communication (MarComm) tailored for Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external design teams for timely and visually effective creatives.
  • Keep up-to-date with latest Meta Ads platform updates, tools, and best practices.
  • Design and manage funnel strategies to nurture existing audiences and activate new ones.
  • Leverage data analytics to report campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Use MS Excel effectively for campaign data analysis, cohort performance tracking, and budget planning.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve creative performance, automation, or audience segmentation where applicable.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and ad attribution models.
  • Creative acumen to ideate engaging ad messaging and visual layouts.
  • Demonstrated experience in improving lead volume while reducing CPL (Cost Per Lead).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with comfort in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization.
  • Exposure to tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or other creative/analytics AI tools is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
