properties. We are looking for a highly skilled Digital
Marketing Specialist with expertise in graphic
design, SE0, and Google Ads to enhance our online
presence and generate quality leads,


Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
to promote real estate listings, projects, and
brand awareness
• Design engaging and visually appealing marketing
materials, including social media graphics,
website banners, brochures, and advertisements
• Optimize website content and structure for SEO to
improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for
maximum ROI, including keyword research, ad
copywriting, and bid management.
• Create and manage paid social media campaigns
on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and
LinkedIn.
• Monitor website analytics, campaign performance,
and engagement metrics to drive
continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing
strategies with business goals
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital
marketing, real estate, and online advertising

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media,
Graphic Design, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing
preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe
Photoshop, Ilustrator, and Canva
• Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword
research, and website optimization.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, PPC
campaigns, and social media advertising.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills,
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
and make strategic decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
