Summary

Overview: The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in assisting with the onboarding of new projects as well as maintaining client relationships and project details. This position requires coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and budget-aligned project delivery. The individual will be responsible for maintaining clear communication with clients, overseeing project scopes, and effectively managing client relationships while meeting company objectives. Responsibilities: · Onboarding of new projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet requirements within stipulated timelines and budget constraints. · Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure client goals are aligned with company objectives. · Act as the initial point of contact for assigned clients in digital marketing and delivery capacity. · Analyze data from various digital marketing initiatives, including websites, mobile apps, and digital advertising. · Access and interpret data from diverse sources such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Ads, AI tools, and email service providers. · Generate reports and perform comprehensive analysis across multiple industry verticals. · Derive insights to enhance marketing programs based on performance analysis. · Produce in-depth data analyses using company data to identify trends or patterns for incorporation into marketing strategies. · Identify new product/service areas and potential market segments for business growth. · Conduct research on client competitors and stay informed about industry trends. · Prepare comprehensive reports and visually illustrate complex data into easily understandable information. Qualifications: · Degree in Marketing or related field. · 1-5 years of experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Ads, etc. · Prior experience in agency or customer relations is a significant advantage.
