Location: Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid 3 times at office and 2 days from home
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Salary: $60K-$65K
Our client company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, the Coordinator will support a wide range of activities, including community outreach, social media content creation, website management, newsletter coordination, and other tasks as needed, all while upholding the organization’s public image.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams to help achieve organization’s KPI goals.
Representative Responsibilities
Public Relations Activities
Coordinate media and guest visits, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication.
Monitor media coverage and maintain records of press mentions and relevant content.
Assist in developing communication materials that align with and promote the brand.
Create and maintain a non-media outreach chart, and draft targeted outreach emails.
Social Media Management
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, curation, and scheduling.
Ensure that copy and assets are consistent with the brand’s voice and guidelines.
Respond to and engage with followers promptly and professionally.
Analyze metrics to evaluate and report campaign effectiveness and content performance.
Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Recommend new tactics to boost engagement and enhance brand visibility.
Digital Support (Newsletter, Website, Survey)
Assist in updating and organizing the contact database.
Ensure the newsletter subscriber list is accurate and up-to-date.
Help develop and draft newsletters and official announcements.
Support the development of new website pages.
Assist in reviewing content for accuracy and functionality both before and after launch.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with social media platforms and media monitoring tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous PR internship or experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A proactive, results-driven attitude with strong organizational skills.
Japanese written and verbal skills a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
