Digital & Marketing Coordinator is in charge of digital and e-retail development across
Hungary. Following brand strategy, international guidelines and luxury image, he/she is responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest quality of key digital & marketing touchpoints, growing brand’s visibility and SOM.
Major focus areas consist of e-retail, CRM, e-commerce, digital tools and consumer trade communication & animation.
Job Responsibilities
Digital & CRM for chains and DTC in the future:
- Executing and maintaining DTC vision and strategy in line with company´s actual brand/digital strategy and BTQ
- Planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Working closely with all departments (marketing, sales, PR, finance, customer service, IT) to ensure consistent digital development
- Contributing to the development of CRM strategy, enlarging brand’s database, ensuring high quality reach for DTC
- Responsible for marketing content creation & translations for DTC & e-retail
- Delivering needed reporting and presentations,
- Performing other duties when needed.
Marketing:
- Responsible for establishing and implementation of specific marketing trade and events plans (including PR)
- Prepare presentations and review with retailers as per guidelines, monitor the progress in terms of results
- Support MM with creation & implementation of omnichannel experience, 360 view campaigns (assess resources & align with rest of departments sales, merchandising, training)
- Prepare regular reporting and analysis of the brand activations, monitor competitors with recommendation of development plan (market insights & recommendations)
- Propose projects to increase the MS and visibility withing the distribution network
- Prepare the cost optimization ideas regarding planned marketing activities
- Responsible for cooperation with brand partners, agencies, influencers and journalists.
