The primary goal of the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be to enhance digital marketing strategies and establish measurement frameworks, which is essential as Goodwill Dallas commits to growth marketing, ensuring the brand remains the preferred option and the top choice for households across North Texas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Social Media:
· Campaign Strategy & Execution
· Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
· Capture and create social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube (photo, video, etc.)
· Monitors analytics and trends to optimize content performance.
· Responds to comments, messages, and community engagement in alignment with brand voice.
· Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
· Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
· Oversee social media accounts' layout
Email marketing and other campaign platforms:
· Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, SMS, and digital platforms.
· Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automations to enhance customer engagement and experience
· Coordinates content, design, and email list segmentation to ensure relevance and engagement.
· Responsible for executing all group mail-outs and e-blasts
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
· Monitor and analyze email performance metrics weekly to provide insights and recommendations for future strategy
Cross-Functional Support:
· Collaborates with internal departments to support marketing needs and special campaigns.
· Assists in event planning and logistics for marketing or volunteer-related events.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, or a related role.
· 3+ years of work experience with Online Lead Generation
· Strong foundation in CRM/customer marketing programs, email marketing, and experience analyzing customer lifetime value (LTV).
· ZOHO Experience is desired (ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Campaign, ZOHO Form, ZOHO ROUTEIQ, and ZOHO ONE)
· Experience with marketing automation tools
· Experience in segmentation, personalization, and creation of targeted campaigns
· Experience with basic graphic design and copywriting
· Experience developing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital platforms.
· Possess paid digital experience and a foundation in best practices (targeting, ad formats, optimization levers) and growth marketing concepts (attribution, incrementality).
· Extensive knowledge of Digital Performance Marketing
