• Collaborate closely with client agency partners to monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Support the creation of digital display ads on specific publisher sites by collaborating closely with multiple
external and internal stakeholders, including the publisher’s representatives, client agency partners, channel/regional marketing teams, and content and editorial teams.
• Support the creation of paid social advertisements, primarily on LinkedIn, including coordinating the creation of ad assets.
• Participate in client meetings with external and internal stakeholders, including weekly stand-up meetings with the wider advertising team, weekly status calls with agency partners and quarterly calls with channel/regional marketing teams.
• Establish regular reporting cadences, and create campaign reports from Looker Studio dashboards across SEM, paid social and digital display.
• Provide value-adding initiatives, such as market insights, trend analyses and innovative optimisation strategies.
Qualification
• Execute other digital and branding campaigns for client when required. Willingness to work in US shift hours (March to September: 1:30PM – 10:30PM | October to February: 2:30PM – 11:30PM)
• Must have a degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, computer science/software engineering or management.
• Should have more than one year’s experience in digital marketing, preferably in paid media and multi- channel campaign management.
• Should be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, communicate well and have native fluency in English.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients over emails and meetings, both scheduled and ad-hoc.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Ability to learn internal processes and new platforms quickly.
• Experience working with media agencies would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from supervisors.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge/interest in capital markets, funds and asset management will be an advantage.
