We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati. In this role, you will help develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing)
• Manage and analyze website traffic, online ads, and email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
• Create and schedule content across social media channels
• Monitor, track, and report on key metrics to assess campaign performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling digital assets
• Manage online advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective spend
• Provide recommendations to improve lead generation and customer retention strategies
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus
