DIGITAL MARKETING & CONTENT COORDINATOR

One Fell Swoop is a Perth owned and operated womenswear designer label, specialising in precision drapery and proficient tailoring.  We are not just a brand; but a reflection of our unwavering belief in the power of design to shape how women feel, move, and experience the world. 

The Role:

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team in a full-time position (although we are flexible to a part-time role). You will be in charge of One Fell Swoop's Marketing & E-Commerce across all platfoms and will be trained into your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Meta advertising campaigns, analyse performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly
• Coordinate all content production, including booking models, photographers, stylists, and managing shoot logistics
• Manage all social media platforms and execute on-site content creation, utilising Canva and video-editing software to create engaging material
• Liaise with influencers and content creators for campaign collaboration and usage rights
• Write, schedule, and manage EDM campaigns and automated email flows through Klaviyo
• Maintain and update the website, including uploading stock, managing collection pages, and updating imagery and copy
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touch points — social, web, email, and advertising
• Work closely with the owners, Dan and Nina to align digital strategy with broader brand and sales goals

Ideally you will have:

• A Bachelor/Certificate in Marketing or similar field
• Experience in Marketing or the fashion industry
• Proficiency in Adobe - Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
• Understanding of paid Meta advertising
