As our business expands, we’re looking for a passionate and responsible Digital Marketing & Operations Assistant to support our daily operations and digital marketing initiatives.
📌 Job Requirements:
• Fresh graduates - we value the right attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive, responsible character
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Positive attitude, organized, and reliable
• Pleasant, customer-focused personality
📌 Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to company phone messages, emails, and customer enquiries
• Handle sales enquiries and coordinate bookings for studio space, classes, and events
• Assist in general administrative duties and record keeping
• Support and schedule social media posts, and assist with basic content creation
• Occasionally assist during on-ground workshops, classes, and weekend events
• Prepare and upload product or service listings accurately
• Participate in marketing meetings and assist with digital operations planning
