JOB DESCRIPTION

Act as the prime author or point person for all digital platforms supporting Vertiv.com for key requirements in Asia and ANZ region. Main objective is to ensure that content on the digital platforms are accurate, relevant, up-to-date, and adheres to the established digital marketing & brand guidelines as well as the company’s business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Content Management & Website Authoring:
  • Creation, editing, and publishing of content to ensure that it aligns with the Vertiv brand guidelines and the company’s business objectives
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to ensure that content on these sites are accurate, relevant, up-to-date, and adheres to the established digital marketing & brand guidelines as well as the company’s business objectives
  • Be knowledgeable in key authoring platforms that power Vertiv.com (OCM/DAM, InRiver, Episerver, Impartner etc.)
  • Work on asset/ page/ content customization and regionalization for Vertiv.com
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting website issues as the first point of contact and/or escalate if necessary
  • Ensure timely web page archiving and website auditing for Asia and ANZ.
  • Digital Asset Management
  • Facilitate uploading, tagging, editing, deleting, archiving and auditing of all Asia & ANZ digital assets.
  • SEO/ Analytics/ UX
  • Work with the UX team to optimize the website’s user experience
  • Perform user acceptance tests to support site improvements (all digital platforms) and quality assurance checks (all digital platforms)
  • Work with the SEO and VOC teams to implement SEO strategies to reach targets.
  • Support internal stakeholders/ requestors (marketing, portfolio, product, sales, business teams etc.) in building, maintaining, updating, and monitoring regional website content to ensure accuracy & relevance of information as published.
  • Provide web content input for requests as needed
  • Ensure that SLAs for requests are met (monitor inflow of requests and regularly update an internal request tracker)
  • Liase and collaborate with global COE teams (DCE, DAM, UX, Vertiv.com, Impartner) & other regional authors to learn & apply best practices across Vertiv’s online platforms.
  • Grow productive professional relationships with different stakeholders/ regional and business teams in assisting website-related issues and requests.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science Business, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communications, or related course
  • Familiarity with multiple aspects of digital marketing, including content management and website authoring
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a multi-cultural organization and across different management levels
  • Knowledge in HTML is required
  • Knowledge in CSS, and JS is a plus
  • SEO & UX knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
  • Has the self-development skills that can aid in keeping up to date with fast-changing trends
  • Specific Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with multiple aspects of digital marketing, including content management and web development (but not necessarily IT)
  • Basic content management system and its complementary tools knowledge
  • General understanding of company and general industry-accepted documentation standards
  • Understanding of various content management systems and its processes
