We are looking for a skilled and creative UI/UX & Digital Designer to join our marketing team, focusing on web design and working across all B2C brands within the Albert Group. If you have a strong background in UI/UX design, with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, and a particular interest in working on digital platforms such as websites, emails, and paid advertising, this role could be a great fit for you. We’re seeking someone who has a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and the latest web technologies.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and tech teams to create engaging, high-quality designs that drive results across all our B2C brands, with Albert as the primary focus. We are a data-driven company, where decisions are made based on the results and data from ongoing experiments. Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is a significant plus, as it aligns with our focus on continuously improving and optimizing user experience to maximize conversion rates. Experience with subscription-based business models is also highly desirable, as well as the ability to tailor your designs to different formats, such as emails, ads, and even print materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Design: Design and optimize the user interface and user experience for our websites across all B2C brands within the Albert Group, focusing on maximizing conversion and driving sales. Create and implement experiments that align with our business goals, while ensuring a responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing experience across all devices.
- Digital Asset Production: Create engaging designs for digital marketing channels, including paid ads, email campaigns, and other digital touchpoints.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce design consistency across all digital platforms, ensuring that all design materials align with our brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketers to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the development process.
- Corporate Communication Design: Designing materials for corporate communication, such as the corporate website and financial reports
- Print and Other Graphic Design: On occasion, design print materials or other graphic assets as needed.
