Job Definition: The Digital Designer will be part of a dynamic Memphis based eCommerce team with a focus on selling to key eCommerce retailer partners. This person will be responsible for creating graphics and enriched content that will be displayed on retailer websites. Must be able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Photography.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, layout, and production of sales and marketing graphics for display on eCommerce retailer websites
• Retouch and edit both product photography and lifestyle imagery
• Leverage stock photo graphics to Photoshop products into Lifestyle settings
• Maintain brand guidelines for portfolio of owned-brands, ensuring assets hold consistency
• Review evolving customer graphic standards to ensure asset creation meets requirements
• Providing quality control, reviews, proofreading, and editing marketing materials
• Updating, organizing graphics files / cataloging of digital assets within our structure
• Creation of product assembly instruction manuals
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related degree from an accredited university. Experience: 5+ years working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Corporate and/or agency experience is a plus.

Skills:

• Highly organized with exemplary attention to detail.
• Proficient in latest Adobe applications: Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Premier (others are a plus).
• Experience in product imagery and graphic creation for Amazon, Wayfair, or other retailer websites
• Steady appreciation of layout and typography principles.
• Understanding of website graphic standards.
• Ability to quickly grasp marketing objectives for assigned projects.
• Maintain brand consistency for all assigned projects.
• Ability to work on several jobs at one time while meeting all milestones and deadlines.
• Review graphics, layouts, and fonts before products are complete.
• Team-oriented professional workstyle.
• Proficient in latest Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint (others are a plus).
• Proficiency in a Mac OS environment.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Project & Asset management software experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and strong interpersonal skills.
