Job Summary: The Digital Designer will Develop Digital Training Content for Contact Centre Colleague(s). You will Produce Various Form(s) of Media Output(s) which Includes Interactive Digital Lesson(s), Information Guide(s) and/or Video(s), Animation(s), and Presentation(s). You will Work within the Digital Learning Design Team, as part of the Contact Centre Training Team - and Provide an Opportunity for Colleague(s) to Develop their Skills in the Use of Design and Authoring Tool Technology which Includes the Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360 Product(s).


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create Professional and Engaging Digital Learning Module(s) from Storyboard, Template(s), and Other Similar Instruction(s), Maintain a Consistent Standardized Look to Produce Effective and Learner-Focused Content(s), Understand and Follow Consistency and Brand Guideline(s) and Execute them Successfully in Practice, Communicate Effectively to Ensure that Project(s) are Delivered On Time and Agreed and Expected Standard(s)
  • Consult Key Individual(s) such as Subject Matter Expert(s), Operations Team(s), Training Lead(s), and the rest of the Digital Design Team to Ensure Content is Accurate and Up-to-Date, Work with the Training Delivery Team to Review, Update, and Amend Module(s) where Necessary, Write Script(s) that are Grammatically Accurate, Well-Articulated, and Follow an Instructive But Friendly Tone
  • Capture and Record Audio and Video Material(s) Using Appropriate Recording Technology and Device(s), Seek and Achieve Sign-Off on Module(s) and Content from Relevant Stakeholder(s), Be Skilled at Reviewing, Assessing, and Testing Content(s) Produced by the Digital Designer (You) and Your Peer(s), Review Feedback and Make Accurate Amendment(s) to Improve Media Output(s)


Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field or 1 Year(s) Minimum Relevant Experience in a Similar Function and Capacity (Digital Learning Design, Digital Design, Training Content Development, and Instructional Design)
  • Effective Communication with Colleague(s) and Different Stakeholder(s) at Various Level(s), Strong Organization Skills with the Ability to Balance Multiple Task(s) and Project(s) Simultaneously, Ability to Problem Solve and Make Logical Decision(s), Ability to Conduct Own Research and Provide Appropriate Solution(s) Independently
  • Passionate and Skilled in Design, Creative Flair with Great Attention to Detail, Ability to Quickly Learn How to Use New System(s) and Industry-Leading Software, Confidently Work Well Individually and as Part of a Team and Show a Strong Self-Motivated Approach to Work, Resilience and the Ability to Respond Positively to Feedback but also be able to Challenge Feedback in a Constructive Way
  • Adopts a Positive and 'Can Do' Approach, Demonstrating Enthusiasm for Change, Proficient with Microsoft Office Application(s) (Predominantly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate Storyline 360 Product(s)
