Deliver UX/UI designs for digital platforms in Design Tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or others.
Uncover user needs through research, develop deep insights, generate concepts, and craft how people will interact with the products and services we design.
Define business requirements and functional features needed in the digital platforms to enable the UX/UI designs and prepare User Stories and manage implementation of the features
Manage Agile delivery of UX designs using tools such as Jira, confluence, etc.
Explain, discuss, and justify design decisions eloquently. Give effective feedback and direction to other team members and partners/vendors. Secure management approvals on UX/UI designs
Frame design solutions and explain thinking and rationale in a compelling way.
Lead the communication of research findings, detailed design, and design rationale.
Ensure SAB brand guidelines are applied in the UX/UI designs and collaborate with Marketing and other relevant internal teams to deliver design
Assess CIB customer service processes, identify areas of improvements, and deliver UX designs to deliver streamlined and efficient process and experience
Measure Customer Experience and NPS for the UX/UI designs
Measure cost and time efficiency gains from improvements of UX/UI
Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders with respect to these activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information System, MIS or any related major.
Around 8 years of experience with preferred 4 years in a relevant role.
