Increase brand visibility by ensuring effective planning and deployment of permanent and temporary branding at ROs (in collaboration with Sales Coordinator)
Propose idea and location to the Sales Head on permanent and temporary branding by exploring worthy RO/RODE and local strategic partner on join marketing
Propose POSM plan to the Sales Head related to quantity and type (e.g. banner, leaflets etc.) of POSM material to deploy per RO and ensure timely delivery of POSM material to dealer locations (including new products)
Ensure effectiveness of direct sales events to increase share and visibility in new/ underperforming areas by doing excellent planning & execution
Execute HQ & Region led events in coordination with Sales Head, Territory Sales, Dealers Team and Region Trade & Channel
Supervise vendor on conducting event or providing POSM and give feedback to Trade & Channel Region about vendor performance & quality of production
Provide inputs to Sales Head in validation of billboard locations for OOH advertising
Conduct RO/RO Pareto visits to check the quality of POSM deployment and provide feedback to Territory Sales
Lead weekly meeting with Territory Sales and Dealer team to explain promotion event and POSM plan
Provide market intelligence/ insights on competitor moves to Sales Heads, especially related to the competitor programs, branding and events
Manage good collaboration with promo staff to execute all promotion & activities
Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements in alignment with roles and responsibilities.
