Summary

What You Will Do

Responsible for producing, implementing, and maintaining digital content across all Security Services' digital properties, including the public-facing website, account opening and enrollment, and online and mobile banking. Involved in the development of website plans and specifications. Participates in information and content architecture, and other strategic and tactical activities. Ensures a consistent content voice and tone throughout all digital properties. Proactively manages, maintains, and improves Security Services' digital properties, including content updates and banners, as well as creating landing pages for new products and marketing campaigns. Proactively manages, maintains, and improves Security Services' onsite search capabilties, including frequently asked questions and answers, locations, and other search results. Effectively manages incoming service requests. Plays an instrumental role in implementing content production projects. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

What We Require

Bachelor degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Information Technology, Web Design, and/or comparable experience. Minimum of three (3) years of enterprise web content management experience including experience with content and knowledge management process creation, optimization, and best practices. Minimum of three (3) years of technical, digital content, and creative writing including digital marketing with SEO focus required. Should possess a strong grasp of related disciplines such as online copywriting, instructional writing, technical writing, and SEO and user experience. Able to think strategically and make decisions in the best interest of the Credit Union. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams throughout the organization, as well as work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with people of all technical levels and ability to interpret technical language into business language and vice versa. Highly developed organizational skills with ability to adapt to change, work at a fast pace, multitask, prioritize projects and meet deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Will Have

Working knowledge of SiteCore, SharePoint or similar, and enterprise-level CMS experience preferred. Working knowledge of website search tactics and strategy, online frequently asked questions and answers, as well as location information management software, like Yext, Yelp, or similar. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Microsoft Office. Advanced working knowledge of the content development cycle and experience in content and information architecture. Understand and translate business and user requirements, as well as technical considerations into processes, workflows and other components of effective content and information management.
