Saint Arnold Brewing Company is seeking a dynamic, creative Digital Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a swiss-army knife social media professional and exceptional multimedia storyteller with strong writing, photography and organizational skills. In this role you will work with the entire marketing team and sales manager to help craft the forward facing look for Saint Arnold.

Duties

• Work daily to ensure Saint Arnold is represented exceptionally on all digital channels.
• Work closely with the CMO, Senior Brand Ambassador and marketing team to develop the Saint Arnold digital strategy.
• Responsible for monitoring socials media budget to execute contest/promotions and surprise and delight activations.
• Research and vet emerging social trends to ensure that Saint Arnold is reaching target customers through the proper platforms and taking advantage of the latest platform features and consumer trends.
• Audit the brewery's socials media monitoring/measurement tools and research, recommend and implement enhancements as appropriate.
• Analyze metrics and translate learnings into insights that improve Saint Arnold's socials media performance.
• Guide weekly content brainstorms in order to develop content that drives engagement and brand advocacy.
• Work within a campaign framework and support business objectives through socials media tactics.
• Partner with the design team and sales managers to support local marketing efforts, including social media programming.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of socials media management and or content management
• Extraordinary communication skills
• Excellent photography skills
• Videography skills are a plus
• Experience with wireless mics even more of a plus plus
• Experience applying socials media analytics preferred
• Must be a team player
