Role Overview

Acrophase is seeking a creative and driven Digital Content Creator to help translate complex sports science and human performance data into compelling digital media. You'll work at the intersection of biomechanics, design, and education—crafting high-impact visual stories for athletes, coaches, researchers, and collaborators. This is a hands-on, in-person opportunity to contribute directly to a high-performance innovation environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Science Communication

Convert biomechanical, physiological, and psychological data into visually engaging content—infographics, motion graphics, data-driven videos, and educational media.

  • Video Production

Plan, film, and edit various content formats including training footage, lab walkthroughs, expert interviews, and athlete spotlights. Integrate performance overlays (MoCap, force plate data, etc.) where relevant.

  • Content Strategy

Collaborate with strategy and performance science teams to support campaign rollouts, onboarding flows, and athlete education with aligned content.

  • Platform Execution

Publish and manage assets across Instagram, LinkedIn, and internal knowledge-sharing platforms. Ensure content is optimized for each distribution channel.

  • Analytics & Iteration

Track content performance via analytics tools and user feedback. Iterate on creative and delivery strategies to increase engagement, clarity, and retention.

Required Skills
  • Demonstrated portfolio of content creation in sports, education, or technical fields.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) or equivalent media tools.
  • Strong grasp of data visualization, kinetic design, and visual clarity principles.
  • Ability to work hands-on with scientific/technical concepts and translate them into engaging visual formats.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and storytelling structure.
Preferred Background
  • Degree (or working towards one) in Sports Science, Human Physiology, Movement Science, Design, or Media Production.
  • Prior experience in sports-tech, sports rehab, or high-performance content creation.
  • Familiarity with force measurement tools, MoCap systems, EMG, or IMU-based analytics.
  • Experience with platforms like Figma, Webflow, Notion, or 3D/VR content tools is a plus.

Who You Are
  • You combine a scientific mindset with a visual creator’s skillset.
  • You thrive in performance environments and are passionate about movement, measurement, and human potential.
  • You’re eager to learn, iterate fast, and grow with a forward-thinking team at the cutting edge of performance innovation.
