About the Role

We’re looking for a creative thinker and storyteller who can turn insights into emotionally engaging narratives. As our Content & Creative Associate, you'll work closely with the team to craft brand moments, campaigns, and communication that shape how people feel about Pazago. You’ll play a central role in content, messaging, social storytelling, and campaign creativity — bringing the heart to our high-performance engine.

What You’ll Do

• Craft compelling, brand-aligned content across channels — website, email, social, product, and internal
• Brainstorm with the team on the content to execute campaigns with precision
• Own storytelling across product-facing touchpoints
• Help evolve Pazago’s tone, language, and brand voice
• Write content for our — blogs, visuals (brochures, decks), videos (scripts), founder POVs, interviews
• Support internal storytelling: culture notes, rituals, onboarding content, team showcases

What You’ll Bring

• 1-2 years experience in brand content, marketing communications, or storytelling roles
• Strong command over narrative flow, tone, and audience intuition
• Ability to write fast, adapt tone, and collaborate across product + marketing
• Emotional intelligence and empathy — you care about how things feel
• Comfort working with structure, deadlines, and detailed execution
