We're on the hunt for a highly creative and organized Digital Content and Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll lead the charge in growing our digital presence, be it on social media channels or across top publications. You will boost community engagement by creating best-in-class content that is catchy, educative, and extremely interesting. You will be the main point of contact for our followers and digital community members, be it managing customer feedback and comments, but also sourcing influencers who can elevate our digital presence. Responsibilities
Ideate and draft short and long-form articles for blogs. You will also develop other PR communication material as required.
Manage key relationships with major publications, influencers, and other marketing agencies.
Draft compelling caption copy and create content that fits the voice and look of Mool and is tailored to each channel in a variety of formats from articles, and photo imagery to graphics, GIFs, Instagram stories and reels, and more.
Own day-to-day posting and planning of content aligned with our marketing calendar, to drive brand awareness, audience growth, traffic, and sales.
Test new features/updates across digital and social platforms to adapt to changing algorithms and best practices.
Analyse and report social media performance and make adjustments and recommendations for improvement on voice, tone, posting times, etc, to drive engagement.
Work with the design team to understand the brand and positioning to incorporate it when creating social media posts, storyboards, and wireframes for email marketing.
Requirements
A content creator at heart - You have stellar copywriting skills, a knack for storytelling, and a talent for visualizing amazing content in a variety of formats from photo imagery to graphics, GIFs, IG stories reels, and more.
Has a minimum of 1 year of total experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
A social media connoisseur - You know the ins and outs of everything that is social and what ticks the social media users. You're up to date with the latest social trends and best practices.
A community builder - You love engaging with people and are an expert at connecting with the audience, using insights to deliver more of what your audience wants.
A consumer behavior specialist - You have an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior and audience engagement on each platform.
A go-getter - You know what you want to do and are highly organized. You love getting things done and enjoy wearing many hats. You can balance multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Extremely accountable and driven- You maintain high standards in every aspect of your work and continually raise the bar.
