TechPride is seeking a seasoned Digital Content and Experience Designer to lead the development and implementation of digital communications strategies that enhance user experience across federal digital platforms. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will guide digital transformation initiatives for government and commercial clients, ensuring their digital presence effectively supports strategic objectives, accessibility compliance, and user-centric design principles. This role will be hybrid at the U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of strategic digital communications strategies for federal or commercial clients.
- Advise clients on best practices in website design, user experience, and digital modernization to ensure alignment with mission, user needs, and compliance standards.
- Provide expert consulting on customer experience (CX) design, stakeholder engagement, and journey mapping across digital channels.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., IT, communications, UX/UI, content, accessibility) to deliver unified digital experiences.
- Conduct assessments of current digital assets and recommend enhancements that improve usability, content clarity, and audience engagement.
- Guide the selection and integration of digital tools and content management systems (CMS) that support modern communication goals.
- Clearly and effectively communicate digital strategy insights and progress to executive stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Support implementation oversight, governance planning, and digital content lifecycle management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum Experience:
- 12 years of relevant experience, OR
- 8 years of experience with a Master’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success planning, implementing, and managing strategic digital communications for federal or commercial clients.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across levels and disciplines.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Proven ability to align web presence, branding, and customer experience goals with broader organizational strategies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a federal consulting or digital services environment.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508), user-centered design, and digital performance measurement.
- Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD), CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, WordPress), and Agile development principles.
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, or usability assessments to inform digital design decisions.
- Background in digital marketing, CX design, or digital transformation strategy is a plus.
