Are you a creative communicator with a passion for training, digital content, and social media? Road Safety Services (RSS) is hiring a Digital Content & Training Coordinator to drive employee learning, brand presence, and digital communication across our organization. RSS is a market-leading provider of Pavement Markings and Traffic Control in numerous locations across the United States.

LMS Training Creation & Administration

• Build, manage, and continuously improve training modules within our Learning Management System (LMS).


• Integrate videos, visual aids, and interactive elements to enhance learner engagement.


• Leverage AI tools for voiceovers, dynamic content creation, and AI avatars for training video delivery.


• Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with operational and safety standards.


• Track completion and compliance and generate actionable reports.

Website Management

• Keep all company web pages updated with relevant content, announcements, and job postings.


• Collaborate with vendors or internal teams to maintain visual and functional consistency.

Social Media & Brand Communication

• Own the social media content calendar: plan, design, and post on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.


• Promote job opportunities, company milestones, seasonal greetings, and employee spotlights.


• Monitor engagement and recommend creative strategies to expand our online presence.

Digital Content Creation

• Develop branded materials, newsletters, and digital flyers.


• Create visual content including short-form videos, infographics, and AI-assisted animations.


• Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and branding across all digital channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a digital marketing, training coordination, or communications role


• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., TalentLMS, Litmos, Canvas, etc.)


• Strong design and content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)


• Familiarity with AI tools for video, voice, or avatar generation is a plus


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
