Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the digital media strategy to improve brand and corporate awareness.
Responsible for managing and analyzing the effectiveness of digital media campaigns and digital presence versus set KPIs.
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting digital media related data to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and provide necessary information and data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, PR, etc.)
Responsible for strategizing, plan and executing data-driven customer experience in collaboration with Consumer Data Analysis Section, Marketing, Sales across online and offline channels (loyalty program, etc).
Foster collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders having proactive stance in understanding respective department’s situation and processes.
Budget management based on monthly rolling forecast.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication or any field related.
Having at least 5 year of work experience in the field of Marketing or Advertising.
At least 3 years of digital communication in areas of Management of SNS and digital Ads Strategy setting and execution of digital communication ***In case having both experiences as an Ads agency and as a brand owner will be plus factor
Intermediate knowledge of marketing and digital communication.
Strong analytical, Interpersonal and Negotiation skills.
Good inter-personal and communication skills to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules analyze.
Fluent in English (In case can speak also Japanese will be plus factor.)
