🔎 About the Role

Join the cutting-edge digital transformation team at NATO’s NCI Agency! We’re looking for an experienced Digital Collaboration Senior Engineer to lead the development and support of enterprise-level collaboration platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping, deploying, and optimizing SharePoint and M365 services across a high-impact international environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for collaboration platforms including SharePoint 2019/Online, M365, and Azure/AWS solutions
• Design and manage integration plans, system builds, testing, and deployment
• Supervise a team of engineers, manage performance, and drive staff development
• Oversee installation, configuration, support, and optimization of collaboration tools
• Lead IKMT (Information & Knowledge Management Tools) section activities
• Participate in project delivery, from planning through service handover
• Drive Continual Service Improvement Initiatives (CSII)
• Manage workload using Agile, DevOps, JIRA, and Azure DevOps frameworks
• Support service operations including incidents, requests, and problem management
• Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and quality standards

💼 Qualifications & Experience

✅ Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or 10+ years of equivalent technical experience)

✅ Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience with SharePoint (2019/Online), M365, and Microsoft Azure/AWS
• Deep knowledge of collaboration tools, CMS/DMS systems, and document management
• Familiarity with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and scripting languages (.NET, C#, PowerShell, JavaScript)
• Understanding of Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, Group Policies, Clusters
• Experience with SharePoint replication tools (e.g., iOra) and third-party M365 add-ons
• Ability to manage complex installations, deployments, and system integration

✅ Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft SharePoint Certification
• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation
• Agile or Scrum Certification

• Proven team leadership & mentoring experience
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and performance management skills
• Ability to work across multinational and multicultural environments
