What You Will Do

We are currently looking for a Digital Business Analyst Intern to support our Digital Team in the following activities:

  • Collaborate with business functions (Marketing, R&D, Sales) to gather and analyze system requirements related to PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and CAD tools.
  • Support in managing technical documentation and coordinating with consultants for system implementations, version upgrades, and updates.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate process alignment between new and existing versions of PLM systems.
  • Help identify and analyze potential anomalies and discrepancies between systems during upgrade phases.
  • Contribute to the management of master data and assist business stakeholders in understanding and utilizing system functionalities.
  • Adopt a “zero distance” approach to effectively translate business needs into actionable technical inputs for system development.
  • Work within the Digital Team (part of IT) that handles COE (Center of Excellence) and SAP-related activities, including cross-functional application flows.
  • Support the team in managing the product lifecycle through PLM systems, including market and commercial functions, ensuring proper evolution, planning, and releases.
  • Provide technical assistance and business analysis within the context of the new system upgrade project, particularly focusing on PLM and CAD version upgrades.
  • Participate in User Testing to ensure the new system meets business requirements and aligns with existing procedures and workflows.
  • Support the team in business process modeling, understanding business needs and helping to define and implement system solutions.
  • Manage and analyze master data, using tools such as Excel (including pivot tables) for data analysis.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Economics, with an interest in enterprise systems and organizational processes, or a degree in Engineering.
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Previous experience or academic knowledge in process modeling is a plus
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to work in an international environment
