Job Description:

• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end customer lifecycle processes to enhance customer retention and activation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies aimed at improving customer experience and engagement.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines and milestones.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring all activities are conducted within financial constraints while achieving project goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to develop innovative strategies and decision models that align with market demands.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in data analytics and CRM, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. At least 5 years for the manager role and 2 years for the executive role.
• Strong background in managing projects and leading teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced experience in SQL and data analysis.
• Proficient in using analytical tools such as SPSS, SAS for data analysis and modeling.
• Skilled in using reporting and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to create detailed reports and presentations.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital banking and data analytics space.
