WHAT WE'LL NEED
The Digital Analyst will work closely with the Technology and Customer Experience teams to implement, measure, and analyze customer behavior of Wingstop's digital platforms. The Digital Analyst will develop the KPIs to track desired outcomes and identify opportunities to improve the user experience. The primary tracking and measurement tool is Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, however that may change over time.
* Determine desired outcomes for web and app properties and set up the KPIs to track and monitor performance.
* Discuss and share findings of digital properties' performance with the Technology and Marketing teams.
* Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure understanding of key business moments and optimize in-flight campaign, and that outcomes are aligned with business goals
* Develop and implement structural elements for effective data tagging and tracking.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy through continuous monitoring and auditing of tags.
* Work with Marketing Technology team to integrate tagging solutions across various website and apps.
* Create and maintain documentation for tagging strategies and processes.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
* Proven experience with Google Analytics and data analysis.
* Strong understanding of web analytics, user behaviour metrics, and conversion tracking.
* Proficiency in data tagging, tracking, and management tools.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to leverage data and insights to tell stories that land with executive audiences
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* 2-5 year of experience in web analysis, online commerce, or related fields.
* Must have experience designing, implementing, and evaluating A/B tests.
* Must have experience with SQL.
* Must have experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
* Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, preferably PowerBI
