Job Overview
We are seeking a *Digital Ads & Performance Manager (Growth Marketing)* to spearhead our paid advertising and growth initiatives. In this full-time role, you will plan and execute high-impact digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive targeted traffic and conversions. You’ll write compelling ad copy, craft video scripts, and coordinate with designers on eye-catching visuals – all while continuously optimizing campaigns through data analysis and A/B testing to maximize ROI. You will also collaborate closely with our content/creative team and AI product team to ensure messaging is on-brand and effectively highlights our smart automation services.

## Responsibilities
* *Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid advertising campaigns* across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms to drive user acquisition and conversions.
* *Create engaging ad content* – write persuasive ad copy and video script outlines, and coordinate with graphic designers or videographers to produce visuals that capture attention and align with our brand.
* *Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns* by tracking key KPIs (click-through rates, conversion rates, CPA, ROI, etc.) and adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives (through A/B testing) to maximize return on ad spend.
* *Collaborate with creative and content teams* to ensure all ad messaging, visuals, and landing page content are consistent with our brand identity and overall marketing strategy.
* *Utilize analytics tools* (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance, generating insightful weekly/monthly reports and using data to inform improvements.
* *Work with the AI bot development team* to understand our smart automation services and highlight their key benefits in campaigns – effectively marketing our AI-driven platform to the target audience.
* *Engage with leads* when appropriate by communicating one-on-one (via email, chat, or calls) to nurture prospects through the funnel and gather feedback that can improve campaign targeting and messaging.
## Requirements
* *Proven experience* managing successful digital advertising campaigns across major platforms (Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
* *Strong knowledge of PPC strategies* including audience targeting, keyword strategy, bid management, and conversion rate optimization.
* *Data-driven mindset* with proficiency in analytics and tracking tools to interpret campaign data and ROI (e.g. Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards).
* *Excellent copywriting and content skills* – able to craft compelling ad copy and develop creative ideas for visuals/videos that drive engagement.
* *Fast learner with tech savvy:* able to quickly learn new marketing tools and understand complex platforms (including AI-based services) as our landscape evolves.
* *Communication and teamwork skills* – comfortable collaborating across departments and engaging directly with leads or customers to build relationships and gather insights.
* *Up-to-date with trends* in digital marketing – continuously aware of the latest ad platform updates, emerging marketing channels, and best practices in growth/performance marketing.
## Preferred Qualifications
* *Track record of success:* Demonstrated history of planning and executing digital ad campaigns that achieved or exceeded growth targets.
* *Expertise in optimization techniques:* Familiarity with advanced ad targeting methods, A/B testing frameworks, and marketing funnels to drive conversion improvements.
* *Experience with AI and automation tools:* Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools or marketing automation platforms (e.g. chatbots, programmatic ads, CRM automation) and ability to leverage them effectively.
* *Strong analytical and communication skills:* Ability to crunch numbers, derive actionable insights, and clearly communicate findings and ideas to the team and stakeholders.
