Summary

Job Description

  • Managing Digital Ad Technology: Oversee ad serving platforms like Google Ad Manager & Freewheel.
  • Supporting Sales & Ad Operations: Work with Ad Sales, Pricing, Planning, and Strategy teams to maximize revenue.
  • Platform Integrations: Collaborate with partners and internal teams to integrate ad products on streaming, TV Everywhere (TVE), and FAST platforms.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Act as a point of escalation for technical issues, campaign discrepancies, and ad performance improvements.
  • Process Documentation & Training: Create guides, train support staff, and ensure best practices in digital ad operations.
  • Manage daily operations of the Digital Advertising Technology front-end team.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Ad Operations leadership on strategy and execution.
  • Drive adtech stack strategy, integrations, and optimizations.
  • Work with stakeholders across Ad Sales, Pricing, Planning, and Ad Strategy teams.
  • Lead platform integrations with Distribution and business partners.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for active campaigns.
  • Ensure support for advanced advertising convergence initiatives.
  • Train and mentor support staff.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Digital Ad Tech/Operations.
  • Expertise in Freewheel and Google Ad Manager.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50.85/hour - $79.46/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
