Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Ad Operations Specialist to manage and execute campaign quality assurance across various ad platforms including The Trade Desk, Meta, and Google/YouTube. The role involves managing audience match rates, supporting billing operations, and facilitating cross-functional projects for business growth. This position requires a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in media/ad operations, capable of managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute campaign QA and manage audience match rates across ad platforms like TTD, Meta, and Google/YouTube.
• Assist with the curation of audience segments and management of destination accounts using LiveRamp, including deal ID creation on PubMatic.
• Prepare and provide accurate billing reports to streamline accounting accruals and confirm billable media spend.
• Manage the procurement and purchase order process, securing approvals and signatures from relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee assigned projects from inception to completion, fostering strong relationships both internally and externally to optimize operations and support business growth.
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in media/ad operations with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Proficient in ad-serving technologies and DSP platforms (e.g., The TradeDesk, Meta).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholder groups.
  
  

Industry Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Experience in media/advertising domain with specific knowledge of ad platforms and DSP technologies.
