About the Role


Zeeda is thrilled to represent our client for this Digital Account Management role. They are a performance-driven email marketing platform built on a database of 17 million GDPR-consented UK consumers. They help brands grow, retain, and convert customers using inbox intelligence — 440+ data attributes per user power smarter acquisition, CRM enrichment, and retargeting.


Our client partners with 100+ brands each month to deliver ROI-focused campaigns through three flagship products:


  • Data-driven Email: Amplify CRM performance by reaching 17M net-new customers via lookalike targeting
  • CRM Growth: Supercharge lead generation and grow subscriber bases with high-intent consumers
  • Identity Resolution: Reconnect with anonymous site visitors through identity-based email retargeting


The Opportunity


We're seeking a commercial-minded, client-obsessed Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of brand, agency, and network clients for our prestigious client.


You'll act as the face of the company for your accounts — owning relationships, spotting opportunities, and aligning their product suite to clients' marketing goals. You'll work closely with sales, operations, and strategy teams to deliver exceptional campaigns that drive real commercial impact.


This role is perfect for someone who's confident in data, understands performance marketing, and loves helping clients win.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own & grow client relationships across the two hero products Mirror Mail and Customer+ — you'll be the go-to partner
  • Deliver client onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing optimisation, in partnership with the ops team
  • Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the full solution suite
  • Understand client pain points and marketing objectives — then map them to measurable outcomes
  • Regularly provide performance insights, reports, and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Ensure campaigns deliver strong results against client KPIs and that the client experience is best-in-class
  • Proactively manage your pipeline and forecast growth in the CRM platform
  • Feed client and market insights back into product and marketing teams to help shape future innovation


The Ideal Candidate


You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, within a small team with large growth goals.

You will have demonstrated a growing ability to manage client stakeholder relationships, handle day-to-day account duties, create cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and tell great stories with data through analysis and interpretation.

You will be able to demonstrate that you can manage both internal and external stakeholders in tandem and in a timely manner. You will be very organised, self-sufficient, and strong at pipeline management. You will be knowledgeable in presentation tools and techniques.


You will have a good knowledge of digital marketing technologies, and a focus on performance marketing and email marketing products will be an added benefit.


Experience Required


  • 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing preferably with email, CRM, or performance media focus
  • A strong commercial mindset — you spot growth opportunities and know how to turn them into value
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable turning campaign results into compelling stories using Excel and analytics
  • Clear and confident communication skills — you can present data, influence decision-makers, and navigate stakeholders
  • Proactive, accountable and organised — you hit deadlines, stay on top of details, and don't wait to be told
  • Knowledge of email marketing, retargeting, or CRM strategies is a major plus
  • Experience with start-up pace and wearing multiple hats is a bonus
