The Profile

Our clients are our partners and, therefore, we are always looking for the best people to act as the link between them and our team. Thanks to our expanding portfolio, we currently have an opening for a Digital Account Manager, with agency background, who has strong client-facing experience. A team player who has worked closely with creative and performance teams before, the successful candidate is a people’s person and knows how to build rapport and trusted relationships internally and externally. They have managed digital marketing projects before and have a problem-solving mindset.


The Position

As the new Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day communication with different clients across multiple industries. You will lead briefing meetings with clients, or participate together with the Account Director, where you will be comfortable discussing every aspect of the brief, including pricing. You will work closely together with the Digital Marketing Performance Manager to create digital marketing strategy, track performance, and report to and consult with the clients. You will brief the creative team and collaborate closely with them throughout the entire process.


Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the day-to-day communication with the client, throughout the duration of the project
  • Briefing the creative team and ensuring their full understanding of the nature and the scope of each project
  • Actively and proactively working with the creative and performance teams, and contributing to the development and management of various online marketing projects
  • Managing the project team, reviewing and approving proposals, and ensuring timely and spot-on project delivery
  • Developing and delivering presentations to the client, throughout the project
  • Establishing rapport with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients


Requirements

  • A total of 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, in agency environment, managing various client accounts and digital marketing projects
  • Experience working in both brand awareness and e-commerce projects
  • Experience working with social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), including content and ads, Google Ads, and email marketing
  • Experience with influencer marketing and TikTok will be considered an asset
  • Willingness and ability to get involved in the creative process in cooperation with the creative team
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Greek and in English, that can be demonstrated throughout the hiring process
  • Degree in Marketing/ PR/ Digital Marketing/ Business Administration or another relevant subject
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, including daily use of Excel and PowerPoint
