Our work environment includes: Growth opportunities Casual work attire Flexible working hours **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled part-time Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a 2004 Blue Bird School Bus. Bonus if you have your CDL license. The bus is used as a party bus in Park City. The role has potential ownership stake in the business to become a equity partner. **Duties:** - Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks - Diagnose and repair engine mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools - Repair and replace faulty parts such as pistons, gears, and bearings - Conduct air brake system inspections and repairs - Provide tire services including mounting, balancing, and repairs - Utilize power tools to disassemble and reassemble engine components - Fabricate parts as needed to complete repairs - Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities - Solder electrical connections when necessary **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role - Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines - Strong customer service skills when interacting with clients - Ability to work on industrial equipment in addition to vehicles - Knowledge of transmission systems in diesel vehicles **Bouns - if you have CDL certification** Job Type: Part-time Benefits: Flexible schedule Experience: Diesel engine repair: 5 years (Preferred) Mechanical knowledge: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
