Job Role -

Incident Resolution Coordinate the response to deployment related issues ensuring rapid issue identification and resolution

Escalation Management Handle escalation of critical deployment incidents to appropriate technical teams

Post Deployment Monitoring Ensure systems are stable after deployment and address any post deployment issues

Root Cause Analysis Investigate and document the root causes of deployment incidents to prevent future occurrences

Stakeholder Communication Provide updates on incident status and resolutions to management and stakeholders

Process Improvement Continuously improve deployment processes based on failure analysis trends root cause analysis incident feedback
