Job Summary

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong background in DevOps practices and hands-on experience in change management. This role involves supporting mission-critical systems, improving automation processes, and ensuring system reliability through proactive monitoring, configuration, and maintenance across cloud environments.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Have 2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices, including change management in production environments;
• Must have experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent;
• Must have automation and scripting such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python;
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP; certifications are a plus);
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Effective communication (written and verbal) in a professional environment.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.);
• Systems administration experience (Linux and/or Windows);
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage DevOps practices, focusing on automation, change management, and system reliability;
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools;
• Manage and support cloud-based infrastructure in public or private cloud environments;
• Monitor systems proactively, respond to incidents, and participate in root cause analysis;
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable systems;
• Support lifecycle activities including vulnerability and configuration management;
• Contribute to mentoring junior engineers and sharing DevOps best practices;
• Document processes and system changes as part of continuous improvement efforts.
