Role – DevOps GCP

Who are we looking for?

Candidate with a strong background in DevOps practices, Google Cloud Plartofm, GitHub Actions, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, and Telephony Integration.

People Care, Customer & Stakeholders relationship, project transition for global Infrastructure service delivery.

Technical Skills

 Design, Implement, and maintain scalable and efficient CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GCP

 Develop and optimize infrastructure on GCP, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Storage

 Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient software deployment processes

 Implement and manage telephony integration for cloud-based communication systems

 Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues

 Interface with Enterprise SRE teams for application security and reliability tasks

Note: The telephony integration is not a must to have, but good to have.

Process & Behavioral Skills

 Ability to handle multiple strategic & critical projects/deliveries simultaneously.

 Effective interpersonal, coaching, team building and communication skills.

 Ability to run/coordinate meetings, major incident calls and communicate with customers.

 Desire for continuous improvement and ownership skills.

 Ability to communicate complex technology to no tech audience in simple and precise manner.

 Quick learner, while working outside the area of expertise.
