What is the project about?

The Infrastructure DevOps team, is responsible for designing, installing and maintaining infrastructure that predominantly consists of Oracle Exadata & ZFS systems. This is done in a fully automated fashion and in such a way that all applications are always on. You as a DevOps engineer are responsible for designing and building and testing this automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate tasks related to the installation and maintenance of our Oracle Exadata and ZFS infrastructure, using tools such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, and the Ansible Automation Platform.
• Engineer solutions to comply with regulatory requirements and integrate them into the Infrastructure.
• Ensure high quality, continuity, and stability for our crucial banking applications.
• Collaborate closely with other DevOps teams and the Product Owner.
  
  

Who are you?

You are a developer with strong expertise in Ansible and a passion for automation. You are skilled in

developing and managing workflows for the provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of Linux-based

infrastructures. Ideally, you also have experience with Python.

Must Have Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Red Hat/Oracle Linux in the areas of installation and maintenance.
• Networking knowledge, including experience with firewalls.
• Extensive experience with automation tools (Ansible, Azure DevOps)
• Extensive knowledge of automating deployments, developing, and testing code.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle Exadata, and ZFS systems.
• Familiarity with Arcsight, Splunk, Qualys, LDAP, or Pytest.
• Experience with Python
