What We’re Looking For
Are you a DevOps engineer who thrives in automation, continuous integration, and scalable infrastructure? Do you love optimizing workflows, solving complex problems, and working with cutting-edge technologies? If so, we want you on our team!
Must-Have Skills & Experience
✅ CI/CD Expertise 3+ years of experience designing, building, and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Beanstalk) to streamline software development and deployment.
✅ Test Automation Proficiency Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks in CI pipelines (Selenium, Cypress, TestCafe) to enhance software quality and delivery speed.
✅ Scripting & Debugging Strong command of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Bourne to automate workflows and optimize processes.
✅ Cloud & Virtualization Experience working with virtualization and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, VMware, KVM, Nutanix).
✅ Containerization & Orchestration Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, or Fargate to build and manage scalable infrastructure.
✅ Database Management Familiarity with high-availability databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) to support mission-critical applications.
✅ Workflow & Documentation Tools Experience with Jira, Zendesk, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms.
✅ Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Skills Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they impact performance.
✅ Ownership & Initiative A self-starter mentality with the ability to take projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Adaptability & Continuous Learning Passion for staying ahead of emerging DevOps trends, tools, and best practices.
Bonus Points for…
🚀 Experience working in DevOps for a video game publisher and familiarity with game development pipelines.
🚀 Experience with Unity Test Framework for automated testing.
🚀 Writing Merge Train automation pipelines to improve version control processes.
🚀 Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and infrastructure automation.
🚀 Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams, including training and documentation teams.
