We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer with 4–5 years of experience to join our growing team at AjnaLens. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust DevOps culture, ensuring seamless integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure scalability for our apps and internal systems. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and enabling smooth product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable application releases.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), ensuring performance, availability, and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor system health and application performance, and proactively address operational issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to embed DevOps best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Enhance system security, manage access controls, and ensure compliance with data protection protocols.
• Lead incident response efforts and implement disaster recovery strategies.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and architecture.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering role.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Solid experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong Linux/Unix systems knowledge and scripting skills (Shell, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).
• Experience with Git and version control best practices.
• Strong focus on security, scalability, and automation.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience supporting consumer-facing mobile or web applications.
• Exposure to e-commerce or core mobile development app companies.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and secure deployment strategies.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups.
