KG Invicta is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer with deep technical expertise in CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure automation, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with a strong grasp of internal working mechanisms—not just tool usage—across the DevOps ecosystem. You'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using any declarative pipeline framework (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Architect and manage Docker-based containerized applications and orchestrate them using Kubernetes, including deep understanding of their internal mechanics.
Automate infrastructure setup and management across multiple environments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Build, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure on any public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with focus on scalability, optimization, and cost-efficiency.
Ensure high availability and performance of systems through proactive monitoring and alerting setups.
Write and maintain scripts for automation and system administration tasks using Shell, Python, or any scripting language.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure deployment readiness across all environments.
Required Skills & Experience
CI/CD: 5+ years of experience with declarative pipeline creation and management.
Containerization: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes, with deep understanding of internal architecture and orchestration.
Infrastructure Automation: 3–4+ years of end-to-end experience in setting up and maintaining multiple environments using automation tools.
Cloud Platforms: 4+ years of experience with at least one major public cloud platform including infrastructure provisioning and cost management.
Linux & Scripting: 3–4+ years of experience working in Linux environments with proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
Nice To Have
Experience in setting up and managing end-to-end monitoring frameworks with alerting and dashboarding (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and tools.
Understanding of DevSecOps and compliance in cloud environments.
