Responsibilities:

• Oversee & own continuous build, integration, deployment, and automation of software utilising tools like Jenkins.
• Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure services running on BTP by applying best practices throughout the lifecycle of the release. Implement containerisation strategies for efficient software development using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop fully automated pipelines for software delivery using CI/CD tools such as Azure Pipelines with SAP Project Piper.
• Monitor system logs and activity on all servers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and reliability of our development and production environments.
• Stay updated with emerging technology offerings and identify opportunities to move existing infrastructure to more modern, scalable solutions.
• Ensure critical resolution of system issues by using thorough root cause analysis techniques and coordinating with team members.

Professional Experience:

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, SAP BTP, etc.)
• Experience with Jenkins and Cloud Operation skills(Build, Deploy & Run)
• Working knowledge of DevOps automation concepts, practices & procedures
• Strong knowledge in any scripting language for infrastructure automation(JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Groovy etc.)
• Experience in building and deploying microservices
• Understanding of Dynatrace, Grafana, splunk
• Proven track record of maintaining system landscapes
• Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and KYMA is a plus
• Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Proficient with Helm tool for Kubernetes to manage consistent repeatable deployments/updates across landscapes
• Proficient in integrating Dynatrace for application performance monitoring, infrastructure health checks, anomaly detection, and real-time observability
