About the Role:

NPS Prism is growing fast, evolving from a consulting-led business into a technology-driven company. As part of this transformation, we’re expanding our DevOps team and looking for a DevOps Engineer to help scale our infrastructure, improve automation, and enhance our CI/CD processes.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform and other scripting tools
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to ensure smooth deployments
• Collaborate with App Dev, QA, and other tech teams to streamline development workflows
• Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) to ensure performance, scalability, and security
• Work with Containers & Kubernetes to support microservices architecture
• Promote DevOps best practices, helping drive a culture of automation and continuous improvement
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or Equivalent experience
• Fluent English – comfortable working in a global team
• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure
• 2+ years of automation experience (Terraform preferred).
• 2+ years working with cloud services (Azure ideal)
• Hands-on experience with Containers & Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Experience working in Agile teams and fast-paced environments
