Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a skilled and ambitious Regular or Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing HTD Health team! If you want to feel that your work is making an impact on the future of healthcare — keep reading!

What We Need From You

  • At least 3 years of commercial experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.
  • Strong experience with AWS services, especially:
    • IAM, SQS, EKS, SNS, Cognito, S3, X-Ray, CloudWatch, Aurora, Lambda, API Gateway, Route53
    • AWS HealthLake (optional, but a plus)
  • Experience with Azure cloud services, primarily VMs (optional).
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
  • Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices (including IAM policies, secrets management, etc.)
  • Proficient in Linux fundamentals (bash/zsh).
  • Experience in system monitoring and observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Proactive mindset — anticipating risks, identifying potential issues, and suggesting solutions.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills in cloud environments.
  • Version control with Git.
  • Networking fundamentals — understanding load balancers, DNS, VPC, etc.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Security awareness — understanding key DevSecOps principles.
  • Documentation skills — ability to document infrastructure, runbooks, and decisions.


We Appreciate If You Have

  • Basic programming/scripting skills — ability to write small utilities or glue code in languages in using one or more of the following:
    • Node.js + TypeScript
    • GoLang
    • Python
    • .NET
    • Java
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) and integrations
  • Experience in healthcare-related projects and interest in healthtech
  • Ability to support product/tech discovery processes: comparing tools, suggesting architecture, evaluating services
  • Experience working in HIPAA-compliant environments.

We need you to be open to continuous delivery and development in:

  • Designing and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure to support scalable healthtech applications
  • Building and managing robust CI/CD pipelines
  • Working closely with software engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment processes
  • Ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our cloud environments
  • Supporting monitoring and alerting systems
  • Actively participating in internal initiatives such as team talks, workations, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions

  • Salary: based your skills and experience
