We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who will actively participate in team rituals and play a key role in delivering the product and maintaining the stability of technical environments (both production and non-production) in the banking area.

Work mode - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Support developers with project delivery and infrastructure-related needs
  • Perform IT infrastructure tasks, including Linux and Windows server administration
  • Assist in migrating systems to the cloud and maintain existing cloud assets
  • Manage software releases across multiple environments
  • Execute and support run activities related to infrastructure assets
  • Set up and review monitoring solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices in observability, incident response, and reliability engineering
  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical experience
  • Strong technical experience with system administration (Linux and Windows)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and migration processes
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management
  • Proven experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm
  • Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar)
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams

Would Be a Plus

  • Experience with API Management tools
  • Solid networking knowledge (e.g., TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS)
  • Familiarity with Grafana for monitoring
  • Experience using Splunk for log analysis and incident investigation
