Summary

Responsibilities

  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance for complex IT system infrastructure.
  • Design and implement cluster HCI infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and propose solutions for infrastructure system projects.
  • Conduct Proof-of-Concept (PoC) for systems or appliances.
  • Design, analyze, and deploy new software and hardware infrastructure systems.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare and document low-level and high-level system designs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years in system or infrastructure engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of VMware, Nutanix, or other HCI hypervisor infrastructures.
  • Experience with bare-metal servers (Lenovo, IBM, HP) and mail servers (Zimbra, Microsoft Exchange).
  • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments.
  • Familiarity with hardware load balancers (KEMP, F5 Big IP, Forti), DNS, and Nginx.
  • Knowledge of public cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, GCP, AWS).
  • Certification in system infrastructure engineering is a plus.
  • Willing to work from the office in South Jakarta.
  • Available to provide 24/7 support outside regular working hours.
  • Capable of mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
