Job Summary: As a DevOps Engineer-I at Increff, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the infrastructure and automation pipelines that empower our engineering teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently and reliably. You will work closely with the development team to streamline our software development lifecycle, improve system stability, and foster a DevOps culture. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their DevOps skills in a dynamic and technically challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions , Bitbucket Pipelines ).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the development, testing, and production environments.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of monitoring and alerting systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into their workflows.
• Document processes and procedures related to infrastructure and deployments.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 months-2 years of experience in a DevOps, or related role.
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and concepts.
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or GKE is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
