About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational health of our cutting-edge marketing and sales automation platform. You will play a key part in ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, secure, and highly automated, enabling our development teams to deliver value faster and our customers to enjoy a seamless experience. Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS).
• Develop and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment of our applications.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Manage containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure platform health and performance.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
• Collaborate closely with software engineering, QA, and product teams to understand needs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance and deployment processes.
• Champion DevOps best practices, security principles (DevSecOps), and operational excellence across the engineering organization.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and share knowledge within the team.
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, DevOps methodologies, and security trends.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or related role. Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing applications on major cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred, GCP/OCI experience is a plus). Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform is highly desirable). Deep understanding and practical experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI). Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration systems (Kubernetes). Solid experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools. Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash). Proficiency in Linux operating systems administration. Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancing, Firewalls). Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.
• Experience managing databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience implementing security best practices within infrastructure and pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Experience working in a SaaS company environment, supporting high-traffic web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
