You analyze, translate, configure and test the needs of internal customers in the field of operation and management. You are analytical, have knowledge and experience in the field of development and technical management. You are able to look critically at work processes to come up with solutions for optimal management. You are involved in Continuous Improvement and you are not a spectator but the initiator. You have experience with ITIL processes, Problem, Incident and Change management as well as with user support and authorization management. You can work on complex assignments with conflicting interests.
You have knowledge of and experience with monitoring systems and the associated tools. You have a technical background. You work customer-oriented and ensure total solutions. You are able to create support for your advice among stakeholders and management.

You are expected to work 2 days per week in Heerlen. The assignment period is for 20 months with possibility of an extension.
