Position Overview 


 We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based healthcare applications and infrastructure. You will play a key role in designing and implementing automation, monitoring, and incident response processes to maintain high system uptime and efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in cloud platforms, observability, and DevOps methodologies, along with a passion for making healthcare systems more robust and efficient.  


Responsibilities  


  • Design, develop, and maintain automation tools for monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.  
  • Improve the reliability, availability, and scalability of our cloud-based infrastructure and applications.  
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency and system stability.  
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions for consistent and automated infrastructure management.  
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, observability, and scalability.  
  • Identify and resolve production issues, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.  
  • Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure and ensure compliance with industry standards.  
  • Work with containerization technologies to manage application deployments efficiently.  
  • Optimize cloud costs and ensure infrastructure efficiency through resource management and monitoring.  
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for critical system issues.  
  • Develop and maintain automated release management and maintenance processes.  


Qualifications 


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience in the field.  
  • Proficiency with one of the major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.  
  • Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog.  
  • Programming skills in Python/Rust or Bash scripting.  
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.  
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.  
  • Proficiency with networking, VPN, security best practices, and Linux system administration.  
  • Strong Linux administration and container orchestration skills.  
  • Experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Strong communication skills in English.  


Preferred:  


  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures.  
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry standards such as OpenEHR, FHIR, or HIPAA compliance.  
  • Project management experience is a plus.
